Oxbridge Scholars Cambridge is a 13-day pre-university programme for students aged 14–17, held at Cambridge colleges. Students choose one of three courses (Medicine, Biomedical & Human Sciences; AI, Computer Science & Digital Security; or Engineering, Robotics & Future Technologies) and study it in depth through 24 hours of subject tutorials, a 12-hour industry project and guest speaker sessions.
Every course includes an Industry Insight Workshop with professionals in the field. Students finish with a final essay or project with written feedback, a personal letter of recommendation and a Certificate of Completion, supported by one-to-one academic guidance throughout.
The programme is for confident English speakers at B2 level or above. The same three courses run in both July sessions.
The Cambridge programme runs at two colleges. Session 1 (4–17 July) is held at Murray Edwards College, on a hilltop site in north-west Cambridge; Session 2 (18–31 July) is held at Queens’ College, on the banks of the River Cam in the city centre and home to the Mathematical Bridge.
Students live in college accommodation in private or shared rooms (subject to availability) and take all meals in the college dining hall, with 24/7 pastoral care. Excursions include London, guided city tours and punting, alongside an evening activity programme.
Murray Edwards College and Queens’ College are used as the programme venue only. Oxbridge Scholars is not run or endorsed by, and is not officially affiliated with, the University of Cambridge or Murray Edwards College and Queens’ College.
