Three services. Three pricing models.
EDVISION supports families across three distinct services — long-term school placement, short-term programmes, and UK guardianship.
Each service has its own pricing logic. Below we explain transparently how each one works, what you pay, and what you don't.
UK Private School Admission
From the first call to your child's first day at school, our service is free of charge for the family. Our work is funded by the schools we partner with — the same way university agents operate worldwide. This means our incentive is straightforward: find the right school for your child, not upsell you on services.

Why we ask for a deposit
A typical school placement involves 40–80 hours of our team's work — research, applications, school liaison, exam coordination, interview preparation. The deposit confirms a serious intent on both sides. It is fully refundable, or applied at your choice towards the first tuition payment, the guardianship fee, or returned to your account.
What you pay directly to the school
Tuition fees vary by school and programme — typically £35,000–£60,000 per year for boarding schools, including VAT. Additional costs include the application fee (£100–£300), an overseas deposit of one term's tuition, and a UKVI visa sponsorship fee (~£3,000/year). We walk you through the full breakdown for each shortlisted school.

Camps, Language Schools & Immersion
We aggregate hundreds of short-term programmes from trusted UK providers — language schools, summer camps, academic intensives, and school immersion experiences. As with school placement, our work is paid by the providers. The price you pay through us is the same as booking direct — and often better.
Agent-Only Rates
Many of our partners offer promotional rates and seasonal discounts available only through accredited agents.
Airport Transfers
Selected programmes include complimentary airport transfers when booked through EDVISION.
Honest Comparison
We have no incentive to push one provider over another — we recommend what genuinely fits your child and budget.
Indicative weekly prices
Programme prices typically range from £900 to £2,500 per week depending on age group, location, academic intensity, and accommodation type. All prices include tuition, full board, and supervised activities.
UK Guardianship for International Students
UK boarding schools require every international student under the age of 18 to have a UK-based guardian — a trusted local representative responsible for the child's welfare outside school hours, in emergencies, during exeats, and at the end of term. This service is not free: it requires real people, real vehicles, real homes, and a 24/7 emergency line.
EDVISION is an AEGIS-accredited guardianship provider — the gold standard for international student welfare in the UK. We offer three tiers depending on how much support your family needs.
