Description

Eton College Summer School

SBC at Eton College delivers a truly exceptional summer experience for ambitious students aged 12–16, set within the grounds of one of the world’s most prestigious and historically influential schools. Founded in 1440 and renowned for educating generations of global leaders, academics, innovators and public figures, Eton College offers a unique setting where centuries of tradition meet modern, forward-thinking education. The Adventure Plus Programme at Eton captures this spirit by combining academic excellence with hands-on exploration, leadership development and immersive project-based learning.

Students follow 20 hours of core tuition per week, choosing pathways in Business, STEM or Global Leadership, each designed to challenge critical thinking and spark creativity. Learning frequently extends beyond the classroom through fieldwork, real-world simulations, collaborative workshops and tasks inspired by Eton’s own educational philosophy — encouraging curiosity, independence and intellectual confidence.

Life on campus is equally enriching. Afternoons and evenings feature a vibrant range of sports, performing arts, debates, creative projects and whole-school community events, giving students the opportunity to build friendships, develop teamwork and grow as young leaders. A carefully designed pastoral programme ensures each student feels supported, engaged and inspired every day.

With its small cohort size of around 80 students, Eton offers a uniquely personal and close-knit summer school environment. Students stay in traditional Eton boarding houses in single rooms, allowing for comfort, privacy and a true taste of authentic British boarding life.

Located steps away from Windsor Castle and within easy reach of London’s cultural landmarks, Eton College provides an outstanding backdrop for an academic adventure that blends heritage, innovation and global community. This programme is ideal for motivated young learners ready to challenge themselves, explore new ideas and experience summer at one of the UK’s most iconic institutions.
