Eton College Summer School offers an exceptional summer experience for ambitious students aged 12–16, set within the grounds of one of the world’s most prestigious and historically influential schools. Founded in 1440, Eton is renowned for educating generations of global leaders, academics, and innovators. The Global Adventures programme reflects this legacy with a two-week immersive simulation across history, politics, law, economics, philosophy, literature, international relations and media.
Students receive 20 hours of tuition a week in classes of no more than 15. Each day brings a new role, such as lawmaker, politician or journalist, as students run an election campaign, argue a court case and respond to an economic shock, with fieldwork across London and Windsor.
Life at Eton is equally dynamic beyond academic study. A wide programme of sports, performing arts, debates, and community events encourages teamwork, confidence, and cultural exchange. Students stay in traditional Eton boarding houses in single rooms, experiencing authentic British boarding life in a structured and supportive environment. Located near Windsor Castle and within easy reach of London, the programme provides an inspiring setting for motivated young learners ready to challenge themselves and grow in one of the UK’s most iconic institutions.
The Eton College Summer Programme takes place in Windsor, one of the United Kingdom’s most historic and culturally significant towns. Eton’s iconic red-brick buildings, expansive playing fields, and centuries-old architecture create an inspiring academic setting where tradition meets excellence. The atmosphere of the campus reflects the heritage of British education, offering students a truly authentic boarding-school experience in one of the country’s most prestigious locations.
Situated near Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world, the campus is surrounded by historic streets, traditional cafés, museums, and the charming character of Eton High Street. At the same time, London is easily accessible for cultural excursions, providing opportunities to explore world-famous landmarks, galleries, and institutions. The location is safe, picturesque, and ideal for students seeking a genuine introduction to British academic tradition within a culturally rich environment.
Eton College offers an exceptional range of facilities that support a balanced programme of academic study, sport, and creative development. Students stay in traditional boarding houses in single bedrooms, with access to modern dining facilities, debating chambers such as Jafar Hall, theatre and performance spaces, sports halls, all-weather pitches, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and extensive playing fields. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus, and additional amenities such as student common rooms and laundry services ensure comfort within a structured and supervised boarding environment.
