The programme is part of Summer Boarding Courses (SBC), a Dukes Education school and the UK’s top-ranked multi-campus summer school. SBC has been highly rated by the British Council for safeguarding, academic quality, facilities, and extracurricular provision. Each summer, SBC welcomes over 1,800 students from more than 100 countries, creating a truly international atmosphere in which students build confidence, independence, and strong English communication skills.
At Headington, students choose one academic pathway: English Adventures, Future Doctors, Future Scientists (STEM), Future Entrepreneurs, or Future Global Leaders. Learning is built around hands-on projects, real-world challenges, group work, and creative tasks that help students unlock their potential, develop critical thinking, and express their ideas with confidence.

Headington School offers excellent facilities that support academic learning, sport, and creative development. Students have access to well-equipped classrooms and lecture halls, art and dance studios, theatre and performance spaces, a sports hall, fitness area, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and spacious green grounds. The campus also features student lounges, a modern dining hall, on-site residences with various room types, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a safe and well-rounded living and learning experience.
Students enjoy a rich programme of on-campus activities, including creative workshops, dance and drama sessions, sports, fitness classes, and team games, as well as themed evenings, talent shows, and international events. All programmes include 15 hours of tuition per week and are delivered through interactive, project-based learning.
What are the age requirements?EDVISION summer camp programmes are designed for students aged 10–17 (depending on the specific course). They are ideal for teenagers who want to develop academic skills, build confidence, and experience learning in a British educational environment.
What level of English is required?The required English level depends on the chosen school and programme. Our catalogue includes courses for advanced students (up to C1+) as well as programmes suitable for learners at earlier stages. We help assess your level and advise on preparation before enrolment.
Do students live on campus?Yes, participants stay in on-campus school residences in single, twin, or triple rooms, with 24/7 supervision by staff. A day-only (non-residential) option is also available for selected programmes.
How is student safety ensured?Student safety is our top priority. All participants are under 24-hour supervision by trained professionals, strict safeguarding policies are followed, and staff-to-student ratios meet UK regulatory standards.
What does a student receive upon completion of the programme?At the end of the course, students receive a certificate and an academic progress report. Some programmes also include a letter of recommendation, which can be valuable for future applications to schools or universities.
